Budget Speech Schedule Amendment
MEC Lehari Will Now Deliver the Departmental Policy and Budget Vote to the North West Provincial Legislature on Wednesday, 24th July 2019
Due to the North West Provincial Legislature amended schedules, the MEC for the Department of Community Safety and Transport Management, Honourable Jonas Sello Lehari will, on Wednesday, 24th July 2019, be tabling his first Departmental Budget Vote for 2019/20 Financial Year before the North West Provincial Legislature.
Not Tuesday, 23rd July 2019 as earlier communicated.
The Policy and Budget Speech delivered before the Provincial Legislature and the gallery as well as the North West public in general through various mediums. The strides, achievements, challenges and service delivery performance of the department will be laid bare for scrutiny and appreciation as the MEC will be accounting for the 2018/19 budget as well as seeking approval for the 2019/20 budget from Members of the Provincial Legislature.
The event will take place at the North West Provincial Legislature Precinct on the 24th July 2019 at 9h00.
